Meet at 8:25 (start at 8:30am SHARP!), Sharon HS parking lot.
About 11-12 miles, lollipop loop that heads out to Borderland State Park. A couple of options to cut a mile or two. Some roads, a long section of dirt road, few trails (I think, never been in the SP, I hope it's not flooded). We'll modify on the fly if needed. Veronica is going for 20 miles, just in case someone feels like tagging along.
Pace: 7'45-8'/mile, as steady as possible.
Bring a couple of gels just in case Bobby makes us take a short cut.

I'd love to join you but I've got some kind of nagging foot problem/injury (possible plantar fascitis) so I'm going to be taking some time off unfortunately.

If 8:30 is too early for anyone, meet me back in the parking lot at 10:15 for a flat 8 miles at an 8-8:15 pace. PLEASE.

I would love to join you guys, but I don't have any extra time to travel to Sharon. I'm going to do 10 miles from home

So who exactly is in for tomorrow morning's epic run? I'm starting to think it's going to be a small crowd...as in party of two...

Greg is a maybe. Bobby is bluffing. Matt will be at Church. Margaret's probation officer doesn't allow her to leave Holliston. Pat is in FL. Mark has a foot problem. Not sure why Charlie is not joining in. Seemed fit at Angel Run. Derek is in love. Alex is pregnant again.
Jim, want to jump in for the first few miles?
If anyone is concerned about distance, the first and last 4 miles or so are out and back so u could turn around at any point on that stretch and not get lost. The plan is to go out on Massapoag for about 1.7 miles, take a left on Morse then right on Mountain St for a couple of miles before we go inside the park.

Then I assume you're good for 20 miles?

I will be there without any fitness. Distant and speed are both big questions?

Just bring some gels. You'll be fine.
